Good news came from Colorado yesterday. The Vet staff that is taking care of Nietzsche thinks there is a possibility that an auto immune disease could be causing his issues. They are running more and more tests. More results will come back tomorrow. An auto immune disease may have some treatment options so they want to rule it out before they decide that it is time to put him down.
He's supposed to be coming home today as well. I think it will be good for him and his family to be able to spend some time together today.
Still keeping our fingers crossed...We know however that this may be Nietzsche's time. We hope that the veterinarians will help our friends make the best decision for him once they determine a more definite diagnosis.

Paws and fingers still crossed for this big guy. I am glad he will at least be able to spend time back at home. That is so important for them that they dont give up their will and being with family and loved ones gives them courage and will.
PS I left you something on my blog :)
Keeping paws and fingers crossed....
Good Luck to them! This has to be so hard, I can't imagine.
